===Introduction===
Here you have a choice of 5 buttons in order to create a link of this timetable and also to export it to another program in various formats.
*[[{{NAMESPACE}}:WebView_timetables_export_timetable_make_overview_link|Make overview link]]: make an external browser link to this timetable.
:Present in Calendar timetable, Shifts timetable and Booking list.
*[[{{NAMESPACE}}:WebView_timetables_export_timetable_generate_app_link|Generate app link]]: a link intended for a smartphone app.
:Present in the Calendar timetable.
*[[{{NAMESPACE}}:WebView_timetables_export_timetable_make_ical_link|Make iCal link]]: a link or a file in iCal format, for example for Outlook or Google Calendar.
:Present in Calendar timetable and Shifts timetable.
*[[{{NAMESPACE}}:WebView_timetables_export_timetable_download_ical|Download iCal]]: an export in iCAl format, for example for Outlook or Google Calendar.
:Present in Calender timetable and Booking list.
*[[{{NAMESPACE}}:WebView_timetables_export_timetable_download_csv|Download CSV]]: an export in CSV format (comma separated values), for example for Microsoft Excel.

You also have some parameters to control the overview generation:

===Control Parameters===
====Number of days====
Determine how many days of the timetable to display starting from the start date. 

====Start date is the day of viewing====
Toggle this radio button for the start date to always be the current date, so the start date is variable. 

====Start date is the date at the top of this overview====
Toggle this radio button for the start date to be the date visible at the top this overview, so the start date is fixed.

====1 link for all resources====
Toggle this radio button to produce one link for all the selected resources in the timetable.

====1 link per resource====
Toggle this radio button to produce a link for each resource in the timetable.

===Dropdown table of existing permalinks===
*Click the dropdown on the right hand side of the "Make overview" and a table appears containing the existing permalinks and categories of this user.

{{warning_en}} if you have just made a new permalink overview then it will not directly appear in the table.
:You must first refresh "Mij selection".

The dropdown table has the following columns:

====Code====
The code of the permalink.
====Name====
The name of the permalink which is the standard naam of the resource. 
If several resources appear in the same permalink then you see the names of the first resources in the list.

{{lightbulb}} If several resources appear in the same permalink then you see the names of the first resources in the list followed by 'etc'.
====Category====
The name of the category, which is an index file containing a permalink per resource.

{{lightbulb}} The permalinks of the category are not shown in this table. 
:To see the permalinks of an existing category see ...{{roadworks_en}}
:Only permalinks without a category are displayed in the table.

===Modify permalink===
Each time you click 'Make overview Link' a permalink with a new code is generated. 
However, you may need to keep the existing URL of the permalink. 
For example, when the permalink is used as a reference in an existing website.
To keep the existing permalink code do: 
* Select the radio button on the right hand side of the required permalink.

===Modify permalink name===
To modify the standard name of the permalink do:
* Click the Name field of the requested permalink and enter the alternative name.

===Modify category===
When you click 'Make overview Link' you may need to keep the name of an existing category. 
This can be the case when the permalink is used as a reference in an existing website. 
You can keep the existing category as follows: 
Select the radio button on the right hand side of the requested category.

{{lightbulb}} The existing permalinks of the category will also keep their original code.

===Record of existing permalinks and categories===
After closing the window you can still find all links in tab 'My configuration' subtab 'My PermaLinks'. {{roadworks_en}}
