Download iCal
- See general explanation in Export overview
- Click the 'Download iCal link' button to export the timetable to a file in iCal format.
- Only the resources that you have selected in your 'My Selection' get exported.

The precise way your browser generates the iCal file depends on the settings of your browser.
Here you see the result of an export using a Chrome browser on a Windows pc.
Below left a tab appears with a log and the name of the export, e.g. export(56).ics.

- Click the tab to open the file which you can then import in your digital agenda.
Warning: This is a file and not a link. The disadvantage is that the timetable data in you agenda might not remain up-to-date.
- In the figure you see that the iCal file has been imported into Outlook.
- See also Make index file and category.
