Timetable My (Resource) Selection

Introduction

You can view the following types of timetables:

• Activity timetables
• Room timetables
• Device timetables
• Provider timetables
• Consumer timetables
• Group timetables

Your organisation may only use some of these resources and therefore you might only see a limited number of these resource types.

You can view a timetable that contains more than one resoure. For example, you can merge the timetable of room A and room B into one timetable.

You can view a timetable that contains more than one resource type. For example, you can merge a Room and a Provider timetable into one timetable.

The first thing to do in order to view a timetable is to select the resources that you wish to view.
In the following sections the manual deals with how you make selections per resource type.
In the last section the manual deals with how to make selections across resource types.
