The booking form fields

Introduction

This section explains how you can make a booking using the booking form.
In the figure you see that the first frame called 'Booking status'contains information on the status of the booking.

Below the Booking status frame follow the frames for Activity, Rooms, Organisation, Period, Employees, Consumer, Device and Groups.
Warning: It is possible that not all frames or fields that are explained here actually appear in you booking form.

The settings made by your organisation determine which frames and fields are actually visible to a particular group of users.

You only need to fill in the fields for which you have relevant information.
