Make a booking
WebPlanboard is een software program that enables you to make bookings of activities using resources such as rooms and persons.
In this manual the following Booking form fields are discussed:
activitity, room, organisation, day(s) and time, empoloyee, consumer, device and group.
It is possible that your planboard only supports those booking fields that are relevant in your situation.
The configuration you see depends on the settings made your system administrator.
Before proceeding with using the WebPlanboard it is advised to become acquanted with using the WebView because the latter forms the basis for the planning.
Therefore you are advised to first refer to the WebView User's Manual as a primer for this WebPlanboard User's Manual.
You can make a booking in two ways:
- Click the Reservation form button at the top left to directly make a new booking.
- Click one of the timetabe buttons to first open a timetable overview and then click the relevant date and time to open the Booking form.
