In the Employee frame you find fields where you can enter information concerning employees and employee types and once submitted you can also view this information.
An employee type is a used to describe a list of employees that carry out a similar function or task.
When you enter an employee type you let the WebPlanboard choose an employee from the list that is still free at the required time.
You can only enter employees that are on the list of employees.
To select an employee either type directly in the employees field or select the employee from the list.
Warning: The system administrator can set a limit to the number of employees you may select.
If you enter more employees or employee types than the limit allows you will get a message that your booking cannot be processed.
Type directly in the Employee field
Type the first letter of the employee.
A pop-up list appears from which you can make a selection.

Standard Employee setting
You can configure an employee as the standard selection.
This employee appears automatically in the Employee field when you open a new bookin form.
In the employee list click the box on the right-hand side of the employee to configure it as the standard. .
In the figure Frodo Balings is the standard employee.
Tip: Click 'clear the standard' at the bottom of the list when there should no longer be a standard.
'Number of Employees' field
Hiermee kunt u het aantal benodigde medewerkers aangeven.
Deze waarde is nodig als u meerdere medewerkers hebt ingevoerd.
Let op: De beheerder kan het maximaal aantal medewerkers dat u mag boeken beperken.
Indien u een hoger aantal in het veld Aantal Medewerkers invoert, krijgt u tijdens een boek-, wijzig- of kopieerverzoek een melding hierover en wordt uw verzoek niet verwerkt.
Number of required Employees equals number of selected Employees
In de figuur ziet u dat de medewerkers Frodo en Bilbo zijn ingevoerd en dat het aantal benodigde medewerkers 2 is.
Dit betekent dat de Webber beide medewerkers moet boeken.
Number of required Employees is less than number of selected Employees
In de figuur onderdaan ziet u dat de medewerkers Frodo en Bilbo zijn ingevoerd en dat het aantal benodigde medewerkers nu maar 1 is.
Dit betekent dat de Webber de vrijheid heeft om te kiezen tussen Frodo en Bilbo.
De Webber zal wel eerst proberen Frodo te boeken en pas als dat niet kan zal de Webber Bilbo proberen te boeken.
In the figure below the Employee type Ringdrager is selected and the number of employees is 1.
There ar several employees of type Ringdrager, Frodo and Bilbo for example.
This implies that the WebPlanboard may choose between Frodo en Bilbo.
The WebPlanboard makes the choice based on which of the two is most suitable to be booked at that time.
Als u meerdere medewerkers of medewerkertypes hebt geselecteerd, kunt u ook aangeven dat u verschillende aantallen per type medewerker wilt boeken.
In de figuur zijn de medewerkertypes Ringdrager en Tovenaar ingevoerd, en het "Aantal medewerkers"-veld is "2 1".

'Specify per Provider' (Employee) field
Hiermee kunt u snel aangeven dat u van elke ingevoerde medewerker of medewerkertype er 1 wilt boeken.
Stel dat men 1 Ringdrager en 1 Tovenaar wil boeken.
In de figuur zijn de medewerkertypes Ringdrager en Tovenaar ingevoerd.
Voer in het "Aantal-medewerkers"-veld het getal 2 in.
Dit geeft aan dat men in totaal 2 medewerkers wil boeken.
Tip: 'Register me' does not appear when the maximum number of participating persons is reached and the WebView won't allow additional.
Employee fields read only
Employee fields might be configured as read only.
This depends on the Usergroup settings.
In the figure there is no input list button on the right hand side of the Employees field.
Warning: The system administrator can set a limit to the number of employees you may select.
Tip: Click the X to remove a selected employee.
