Log in
Enter your user-name in the “User-name” field.
Then enter your password in the "Password" field.
Then click the "Log in" button.
If the log in has succeeded then your user-name appears.
Instead of the "Log in" button you now see the "Log out" button.
In the figure above you see that user "Frodo Balings" is logged in, while the user-name is "frodo".
Your administrator can besided your user-name also enter your (preferred) name.
In this case the name is "Frodo Balings".
Warning: for security reasons your password is stored encoded in the system.
Should you no longer know your password then it is no longer possible to retrieve it.
Your administrator can issue a new password for you.
