Make overview link
- Click the 'Make overview link' to export a link of the timetable.
The link produces an exact feed of this (Webber) timetable.
When someone opens the link in the browser the overview is generated real-time with the advantage that the timetable data is always up-to-date.

A window appears with the generated link. You can copy this link for private use or to add it to a timettable website page for example.
- Click the link in case you want to examine the content .

Tip: After closing the window you can still find this link in tab 'My configuration' subtab 'My PermaLinks'.
You also get additional information on the content of the link.

Tip: Use 'Remove permalink' to remove the link.
- Click the "1 link per resource"-box to make a permalink for each individual resource.
A window appears with the generated links.
- You can copy these links or click a link to view the timetable.

Tip: You can also make a category which is an index file with a list of links per resource.

Dropdown table of existing permalinks
- Click the dropdown on the right hand side of the "Make overview" and a table appears containing the existing permalinks and categories of this user.

Warning: if you have just made a new permalink overview then it will not directly appear in the table.
- You must first refresh "Mij selection".
The dropdown table has the following columns:
Code
The code of the permalink.
Name
The name of the permalink which is the standard naam of the resource.
If several resources appear in the same permalink then you see the names of the first resources in the list.
Tip: If several resources appear in the same permalink then you see the names of the first resources in the list followed by 'etc'.
Tip: Only permalinks without a category are displayed in the table.
Modify permalink
Each time you click Make overview Link a permalink with a new permalink code is generated.
However, you may need to keep the existing URL of the permalink.
This can be the case when the permalink is used as a reference in an existing website.
You can keep the existing permalink code as follows:
- Select the radio button on the right hand side of the required permalink.
Modify permalink name
You can modify the standard name of the permalink as follows:
- Click the Name field of the requested permalink and enter the alternative name.
Category
The name of the category, which is an index file containing a permalink per resource.
Tip: The permalinks of the category are not shown in this table.

Modify category
When you click Make overview Link you may need to keep the name of an existing category.
This can be the case when the permalink is used as a reference in an existing website.
You can keep the existing category as follows:
Select the radio button on the right hand side of the requested category.
Tip: The existing permalinks of the category will also keep their original code.
