Expand (resource) selection

Introduction

The first step in viewing a timetable is to make a selection of the resources you wish to view. See Resource selection introduction.

If certain resources are missing in the selection list then you can use the Expand selection function to add them. You can expand the selection of the following resource types:

• Activities
• Rooms
• Devices
• Providers
• Consumers
• Groups

The figure shows the user is expanding the Activity selection with Activity A004.

Steps

1. Click the tab of the resource type corresponding to the resource you wish to add to the list.
2. Tick the resources you wish to add.
3. Click the 'Save to basket' button. This adds your selected resources to the resource list. The system springs to the "My Selection" tab and subtab of the corresponding resource type.

Tip: If your organisation has decided that certain resource types are not relevant then these will not be visible.
