Interactive Timetables: Calendar, Shift and Bookinglist

Timetable Publication
- You can directly generate the timetable in an HTML and PDF formats and then can print or save it, see 'Timetable printouts' below.
- In 'Export overview' you have a choice of 5 buttons in order to create a link of this timetable and also to export it to another program in various formats.
- Make overview link: make an external browser link to this timetable.
- Present in Calendar timetable, Shifts timetable and Booking list.
- Generate app link: a link intended for a smartphone app.
- Present in the Calendar timetable.
- Make iCal link: a link or a file in iCal format, for example for Outlook or Google Calendar.
- Present in Calendar timetable and Shifts timetable.
- Download iCal: an export in iCAl format, for example for Outlook or Google Calendar.
- Present in Calender timetable and Booking list.
- Download CSV: an export in CSV format (comma separated values), for example for Microsoft Excel.
- Present in Bookings list.
Timetable printouts
HTML printout
You can generate the timetable in an HTML format and then can print or save it.
- Click the "HTML" button to generate it.
- The browser opens a standard window where you can see and print the timetable.
Tip: Exaclty how this happens depends on the kind of browser you are using and its settings on your computer.
Tip: The HTML timetable shows all the items entered by you in the booking item selection.
If you require a shorter printout the try to reduce the number booking items.
Tip: For a higher print quality try the PDF format button.
PDF printout
You can view a timetable in PDF format and then print or save it.
- Click the PDF button to generate the timetable]].
- The browser opens a window where you can view, print and save the timetable.
Tip: The way this is done depends on the kind of browser you are using and its settings on your computer.
