Viewing: overview of procedure

With the Webber you can generate timetables of persons, rooms and activities.
In this chapter you get an overview of the steps you need to take in order to view the timetable, to make a digital copy or to print it out on paper. The steps are worked out in detail in the following chapters.
In order to generate a timetable you need to follow the following steps:

Data Selection

U can ask to generate a timetable for:

  • Activities
  • Rooms
  • Devices
  • Employees
  • Consumers
  • Groups

In this step select the type of timetable rooster you wish to view.
Do you want the timetable of an employee or several employees, for example, then select "Employee".
This manual provides explanations for the following types of possible timetables: activities, rooms, devices, employees, consumers and groeps. It is possible only some of these possibilities are relevant that for your organisation and therefore might not be selectable in your version of the Webber.

Week selection

You can ask for the timetable of one or more weeks.

Activity information selection

If necessary you can limit the sort of information you get to see in each activity (booking) within the timetable.

Timetable format selection

You can determine the desired format in which you want to view the timetable.

Printing the timetable

If desired you can print out the timetable.

Exporting the timetable to Outlook

If desired you can export your personal timetable to the Microsoft Outlook agenda. In the following chapters you can read about these steps in more detail.
