Resource selection
Introduction
You can view the following types of timetables:
- Activity timetables
- Room timetables
- Device timetables
- Provider timetables
- Consumer timetables
- Group timetables
Your organisation may only use some of these resources and therefore you only can see a limited number of these resource types.
You can view a timetable that contains more than one resoure. For example, you can merge the timetable of room A and room B into one timetable.
You can view a timetable that contains more than one resource type. For example, you can merge a Room and a Provider timetable into one timetable.
The first thing to do in order to view a timetable is to select the resources that you wish to view.
In the following sections the manual deals with how you make selections per resource type.
