The link produces an iCal feed of this (Webber) timetable suitable for importing in agendas such as Outlook. When someone opens the link in the agenda program the content is generated real-time with the advantage that the timetable data is always up-to-date. Set the 'Number of days' field to the number of days you wish to have appearing together in the timetable overview. The timetable will normally start at the current calendar date, however, if you check the 'Start date is the date at the top of this overview' box then the timetable will always start at that specific date. The timetable will normally create one link for all the booking items that you have selected, however, if you check the '1 link per resource' box then a link for each booking item is generated. A window appears with the generated link or links. Tip: you can find the links you have generated in 'My config' -> 'My permalinks'.
