Expand Room selection

Steps

1. Click the 'Expand selection' tab.
2. Click the 'Room type' tab.

   

   A list of rooms appears. The rooms are devided into programs and subprograms.
   

   An example of a program is Art Economics.

   

3. Tick the box of a program to see its subprograms

   

   For example the subprograms of program 'Art Economics' are: Year2, Education, Year 3 etc.

4. Click a subprogram to get a list of its rooms.
   

   In the figure the subprogram Year2 was selected and its corresponding rooms appear on the right.

   

   You can also select several subprograms at once.

   In the figure the subprograms 'MA AM ' and General been selected.

   

5. Tick the boxes of the rooms you wish to add to the selection.

   In de figure the activities 'Marketing Analysis' and 'Law & Enterpreneurship' are ticked.

   

   Tip: Tick the box at the top left (next to Room type) in order to tick all the rooms of the subprogram.

6. Click the 'Save to basket' button.

   

   The system springs to the 'My selection' tab, 'Activity type' subtab and the selected rooms have been added.

Search

If the list of rooms is very long use the Search button to find rooms.

• Enter the text of what you are looking for in the Search field.
• Click the Search button

The rooms appear on the right (if found).

In the figure the search string is 'vision' and rooms containing this string appear in the table titled 'search results: vision', on the right.

Tip: If you click the Search button with an empty search field then you will get all rooms (of all programs and their subprograms)

Create a Room

Should you miss a room you can click the 'Create Room type' button.
