In tab My permalinks you can view the permalinks you have made. You can also remove unwanted permalinks from the list. A permalink is a link to a specific timetable that you have generated. Open a Calendar or Shift timetable and on the right-hand side in More options -> Export overviews you have the buttons to create a permalink of your choice.
