Timetables

Introduction

Before opening one of the three kinds of main timetable you can fine tune what information you want displayed with the following two menus.

  • Select booking items. This menu enables you to choose which items of a booking are displayed, for example: the location.
  • Filter bookings. This menu enables you determine which types of bookings are displayed, for example: cancelled bookings.

The main timetables are:

  • Calendar timetable. This is the standard calendar format.
  • Shifts timetable. This format is useful if your organisation works in shifts or many activities occur at regular times.
  • Booking list. This format is useful when you want to get a list of the bookings per day.
