Select booking items
Introduction
You can control which items of a booking you wish to see in the timetable.
In the figure you see an example of a timetable. It shows bookings on Thursday 14 April but they are empty.
Use the "Select items" menu to configure the items to be displayed.

- Click the "Select items" menu.
- Tick the items you want to see in a booking.
- In the figure 'Activity Name', Room, Occupation (Provider), Time and Device(s) are ticked.
- Click the menu to close and save your selection.
- Click the (display) timetable button and the the selected booking items are now displayed in the bookings.
Tip: It is possible that not all booking items are visible. This might occur if you have selected many booking items or there are many bookings in the timetable.
Tip: Besided the 'Select items' menu in 'My selection' you can also open a'Select items' menu with a shorter list of items directly in the timetable as shown in the figure below.
Administrative booking items: some of the booking items provide extra information about the booking and are explained below.
Conflict codes
- If the booking is scheduled with a conflict this item shows the type of conflict.
- Bijvoorbeeld: "RRRFF" means that this booking causes 3 room conflicts en 2 function conflicts with other bookings.
Tip: In general the conflict codes item is only displayed for users with planning permissions.
Status and booking type icon
A status icon appears at the top right of the booking.
This icon has a circular form and its color indicated the status of the booking.
In the figure you can see the following icons:
- orange - status: not scheduled geboekt soort: normale of niet beschikbaar
- green - status: scheduled, sort: normal booking
- black - status: cancelled, sort: normal or unavailable
- light grey - status: ignored, sort: normal or unavailable
- purple - status scheduled, sort: unavailable
- red - status scheduled, sort: normal or unavailable, conflicting: room, occupation (provider/consumer), device, group or vacation.

Warning: you might not see a status icon. This depends on the configuration of the administrator settings chosen by your organisation.
Tip: place the mouse indicator on the icon and a tooltip appears. In the figure you can see a tooltip with the text:
Status: Cancelled
Booking sort: Normal booking

Series icon
A series icon appears at the top right of the booking.
This icon is circular with a green outside ring and a black inside ring.
In the figure you see a booking series of 3 events on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Warning: You might not see a series icons. This depends on the configuration of the administrator settings your organisation uses.
Modified booking icon
- A modified booking icon appears at the top right of the booking.
- This icon is a yellow triangle.
In the figure you see a modified booking icon:

Tip: place the mouse indicator on the icon and a tooltip appears with the text: "Recently modified"
Warning: You might have made a modification to a booking but do not see the modified booking icon. Certain modifications are considered internal to the system and therefore do not trigger a visual indication.
Tip: Normally a booking gets the modified status when:
- the booking was changed within the last 7 days and
- the booking occurs within the next 7 days.
Warning: Different rules might apply to you organisation. The configuration settings are determined by the system administrator of your organisation.
