Introduction

Actions before opening a timetable

Before opening one of the three kinds of main timetable you can fine tune what information you want displayed with the following two menus.

  • Select booking items. This menu enables you to choose which items of a booking are displayed, for example: the location.
  • Manipulate booking.This menu contains a setting to allow conflicts between bookings.
  • Filter bookings. This menu enables you determine which types of bookings are displayed, for example: cancelled bookings.

The interactive timetable formats

  • Calendar timetable. This is the standard calendar format.
  • Shifts timetable. This format is useful if your organisation works in shifts or many activities occur at regular times.
  • Booking list. This format is useful when you want to get a list of the bookings per day.

  • Export overview. Here you have a choice of 6 buttons that you can click in order to create a link of this timetable and also to export it to another program in various formats.
