Expand Activity selection
Steps
- Click the 'Expand selection' tab.
- Click the 'Activity type' tab.
- A list of activities appears. The activities are devided into programs and subprograms.
- An example of a program is Art Economics.
- Tick the box of a program to see its subprograms
- For example the subprograms of program 'Art Economics' are: Year2, Education, Year 3 etc.
- Click a subprogram to get a list of its activities.
- In the figure the subprogram Year2 was selected and its corresponding activities appear on the right.
- Tick the boxes of the activities you wish to add to the selection.
- In de figuur the activities 'Marketing Analysis' and 'Law & Enterpreneurship' are ticked.
Tip: Tick the box at the top left (next to Activity type) in order to tick all the activities of the subprogram.
- Click the 'Save to basket' button.
- The system springs to the 'My selection' tab, 'Activity type' subtab and the selected activities have been added.

Search
If the list of activities is very long use the Search button to find activities.
- Enter the text of what you are looking for in the Search field, for example.
- Click the Search buton
- The activities appear on the right (if found).
In the figure the search string is 'Vision' and activities containing this string are visible on the right.
Tip: If you click the Search button when the search field is empty then you will get all existing activities (of all programs and their subprograms)
Maak Activiteit
Als een bepaalde activiteit ontbreekt, kunt u deze maken m.b.v. de "Maak Activiteit"-knop.
Dit kunt u alleen doen als u in het systeem als beheerder aangemeld bent.
