Expand Activity selection
Steps
- Click the 'Expand selection' tab.
- Click the 'Activity type' tab.
- A list of activities appears. The activities are devided into programs and subprograms.
- An example of a program is Art Economics.
- Tick the box of a program to see its subprograms
- For example the subprograms of program 'Art Economics' are: Year2, Education, Year 3 etc.
- Click a subprogram to get a list of its activities.
- In the figure the subprogram Year2 was selected and its corresponding activities appear on the right.
- Tick the boxes of the activities you wish to add to the selection.
- In de figuur the activities 'Marketing Analysis' and 'Law & Enterpreneurship' are ticked.
Tip: Tick the box at the top left (next to Activity type) in order to tick all the activities of the subprogram.
- Click the 'Save to basket' button.
- The system springs to the 'My selection' tab, 'Activity type' subtab and the selected activities have been added.

Zoeken
U kunt naar een activiteit zoeken met de Zoeken-knop.
- Voer in wat u zoekt in het Zoeken-veld, bijvoorbeeld "bezoek".
- Klik op de Zoek-knop
- De activiteit verschijnt aan de rechterkant (indien aanwezig).
Tip: Als het Zoeken-veld leeg is en u op de Zoeken-knop klikt, krijgt u alle activiteiten te zien.
Maak Activiteit
Als een bepaalde activiteit ontbreekt, kunt u deze maken m.b.v. de "Maak Activiteit"-knop.
Dit kunt u alleen doen als u in het systeem als beheerder aangemeld bent.
