Viewing: overview of procedure
Using the WebberAlgemene benaming voor WebPlanboard of WebView. you can generate timetables of activities, rooms, providers, consumers, devices and groups.
In order to generate a timetable you need to select the data, the dates, the information and the format you wish to view.
Once the system has generated the timetable you are able to make digital or paper copies of it.
Data Selection
U can ask to generate a timetable for:
- Activities
- Rooms
- Providers
- Consumers
- Devices
- Groups
In this step select the type of timetable you wish to view.
Do you want the timetable of an employee or several employees, for example, then select "Employee".
This manual provides explanations for the following types of possible timetables: activities, rooms, devices,
employees, consumers and groeps.
Maybe only some of these options are relevant for your organisation and therefore might not be selectable in your version of the WebberAlgemene benaming voor WebPlanboard of WebView..
In the figure the user has chosen to view a timetable of Activities.
Week selection
You can ask for the timetable of one or more weeks.
In the figure the user has chosen to view the timetable of the week of 21-27 March 2022.
Activity information selection
If necessary you can limit the sort of information you get to see in each activity (booking) within the timetable.
In the figure, clicking the 'Select items' button shows a list of these items (such as room or contact person).
Timetable format selection
You can determine the desired format in which you want to view the timetable.
In the figure, clicking the 'Calendar Timetable' will produce an agendaEen overzicht waarin de boekingen per dag worden weergegeven, met gelijktijdige boekingen naast elkaar. format, 'Booking list' will produce a list format.
Printing the timetable
If desired you can print out the timetable.
Exporting the timetable to Outlook
If desired you can export your personal timetable to the Microsoft Outlook agendaEen overzicht waarin de boekingen per dag worden weergegeven, met gelijktijdige boekingen naast elkaar.. In the following chapters you can read about these steps in more detail.
