My permalinks
You can generate a Calendar, Booking list or Shifts timetable and then save it as a permalink.
The following fields and values appear at the top:
- Number of permalinks - the number of permalinks including permalinks belonging to a category.
- Number of permalink-categories - a category contains several permalinks. The category helps to manage many permalinks that are somehow related.
- Number of permalinks without a category.
- Number of permalinks with a category.
Tip: in the case of many permalinks and categories these numbers help you to check that you have all your permalinks.

Permalink
Here you see the link which you can click in order to view the timetable in your browser.
Operations
The operations you can apply to this permalink or category.
Show permalink button
Click this button to get a popup with the complete URL of the permalink.
Remove permalink button
Click this button to remove this permalink.
Action - kind of permalinks
The column "action" show the kind of permalink:
- index - a standard timetable generated as a Calendar timetable or Shifts timetable.
- permalink - the standard timetable generated as a booking list.
- json - the (smartphone) App timetable generated in Calendar timetable.
- ical - the timetable generated in Calendar or Shifts timetable that you can import in a web-agenda.
Calendar timetable/Shifts timetable/Bookinglist standard overview link
- In this example voorbeeld is een link naar een WebPlanner kalenderroosteroverzicht, dienstenroosteroverzicht of boekingslijst.
- U kunt op de link onder de Toon Permalink knop klikken om het overzicht in uw browser te openen.
- U kunt de aangegeven link kopiëren naar het klembord.
- Door te klikken op de Toon PermaLink knop verschijnt een scherm met de volgende tekst:
- Hoe u een Kalenderrooster link kunt maken, leest u in "Creëer unieke overzicht link"-knop.
- Hoe u een Dienstenrooster link kunt maken, leest u in "Creëer unieke overzicht link"-knop.
- Hoe u een Boekingslijst link kunt maken, leest u in "Creëer unieke overzicht link"-knop.
Calendar timetable/Shifts timetable iCal link
- Deze permalink is een iCal feed.
- U kunt deze link importeren in een programma dat het iCal-formaat ondersteunt, bijvoorbeeld Outlook of Google Calendar.
- Door te klikken op de tweede Toon PermaLink knop verschijnt een scherm met de volgende tekst:
- U kunt de aangegeven link kopiëren en importeren in uw kalenderprogramma;
- Of u kunt op de Google Calendar link in het tekstscherm klikken om direct in Google Calendar te importeren.
- Hoe u een iCal link kunt maken, vindt u in "Creëer unieke Overzicht-link"-knop.
Tip: Permalinks that belong to a category cannot be removed separately.
Name
The name of the resources participating in the timetable of this permalink.
Tip: Indien deze permalink bevat het rooster van meerdere middelen dan wordt alleen de naam van de eerste middel getoond vervolgt door de text "enzovoorts".
Tip: Indien de gebruiker een naam heeft gekozen voor deze permalink dan verschijnt deze i.p.v. de naam van de middel.
Parameters
Here you see what kind of bookings are show in the timetable of this permalink.
For example: "Show non-scheduled bookings", "Show normal scheduled bookings".
Weeks/Days
Here you see which weeks and days are displayed in the timetable.
In the table in the example you see the days and week selection.

Display items
Here you see which items of a booking are displayed in the timetable. For example: "Comments", "Activity name", "Group(s) name" etc.

Hier ziet u welke middelen in het roosteroverzicht worden getoond.
Tip: Indien de permalink veel middelen bevat dan zullen alleen een deel van de middelen in het roosteroverzicht worden getoond.
Category
Indien deze permalink hoort tot een categorie dan wordt de naam van de categorie hier getoond.
