Timetable publication management
My permalinks
You can generate a Calendar, Booking list or Shifts timetable and then save it as a permalink.
The following fields and values appear at the top of the permalinks table:
- Number of permalinks - the number of permalinks including permalinks belonging to a category.
- Number of permalink-categories - a category contains several permalinks. The category helps to manage many permalinks that are somehow related.
- Number of permalinks without a category.
- Number of permalinks with a category.
Tip: in the case of many permalinks and categories these numbers help you to check that you have all your permalinks.
Tip: You can insert these permalinks into a website that contains all the realime timetables you require for your organisation.

Each row shows the values of one permalink (or category).
Here follows an explanation on the meaning of each column.
Permalink
Here you see the link which you can click in order to view the timetable in your browser.
Operations
The operations you can apply to this permalink or category.
Show permalink button
Click this button to get a popup with the complete URL of the permalink.
Remove permalink button
Click this button to remove this permalink.
Action - kind of permalinks
The column "action" shows the kind of permalink:
- index - a standard timetable generated as a Calendar timetable or Shifts timetable.
- permalink - the standard timetable generated as a booking list.
- json - the (smartphone) App timetable generated in Calendar timetable.
- ical - the timetable generated in Calendar or Shifts timetable that you can import in a web-agendaEen overzicht waarin de boekingen per dag worden weergegeven, met gelijktijdige boekingen naast elkaar..
Calendar timetable/Shifts timetable/Bookinglist standard overview link
- This example is a link to a WebPlanner Calendar timetable, Shifts timetable or Booking list.
- Click the the 'Show permalink' button to open the timetable in your browser.
- You can copy the link to a buffer.

Calendar timetable/Shifts timetable iCal link
- This permalink is a iCal feed.
- You can import this link into an application that supports iCal format, such as Outlook or Google calendar.
- Click the Show permalink button and the text appears:
- You can copy and import this link into you calendar program;
- Or you can click the Google Calendar link displayed and import directly into Google Calendar.

Tip: Permalinks that belong to a category cannot be removed separately.
Name
The name of the resources participating in the timetable of this permalink.
Tip: If this permalink contains the timetable of several resources then only the name of the first resource appears followed by the text 'etc'.
Tip: If the user chose a name for this peramlink then it appears instead of the name of the resource.
Parameters
Here you see what kind of bookings are show in the timetable of this permalink.
For example: "Show non-scheduled bookings", "Show normal scheduled bookings".
Weeks/Days
Here you see which weeks and days are displayed in the timetable.
In the table in the example you see the days and week selection.
Tip: The 'Selected weeks' gives the calendar year and calendar week.
To find out the exact date you can use the 'Weeknumber' and Date fields at the bottom of 'My Selection'.
Display items
Here you see which items of a booking are displayed in the timetable. For example: 'Comments', 'Activity name', 'Group(s) name' etc.
Resources
Here you can see which resources participate in the timetable.
Tip: If the permalink contains many resources then only the first few will appear.
Category
If the permalink belongs to a category then the category's name is displayed here.
