  • Resource selection: enables you to select, for example, which activities you wish to view.

Actions before opening a timetable

Before opening the interactive timetable you can fine tune the information you want displayed with the following two menus.

  • Select booking items. This menu enables you to choose which items of a booking are displayed, for example: the location.
  • Filter bookings. This menu enables you determine which types of bookings are displayed, for example: cancelled bookings.

A third menu is only available to planners:

Interactive timetable functionality

In the interactive timetable you can:

  • Change the start date using next/previous week/day buttons or start viewing at a specific date.
  • Set various booking status values on/off and determine the types of bookings to be displayed (for example cancelled bookings).
  • Export the timetable in standard HTML and PDF formats.
